Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quiz Before Play ("Service"), operated by CABBYGO, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quiz Before Play is a parental control and screen time management service that provides:

• DNS-based content filtering and ad blocking
• Quiz-based screen time earning system
• Chore reward management with QR code verification
• Device management and monitoring tools
• Block scheduling and category filtering

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis:

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial
• Monthly Plan: $15.00 per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $120.00 per year, billed annually (save $60)

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the parent portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to monitor devices without proper authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service in any way that could harm minors

6. Parental Responsibility

As a parent or guardian using this Service:

• You are responsible for obtaining proper consent to monitor devices
• You acknowledge that the Service is a tool to assist parenting, not a replacement for supervision
• You understand that no filtering system is 100% effective
• You are responsible for the appropriate use of blocking and monitoring features

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Technical failures or outages
• Circumstances beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by CABBYGO, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CABBYGO, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CABBYGO, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania.
